Enjoy the read! I have contacted this company by phone 5 times and wrote an e-mail once. I requested five times to the sales reps at the contact number 800-559-2520, to cancel my account but they never cancelled my account as I had asked them to do,though all the sales reps always promised to do so. My last phone contact with a sales rep named "Natasha" assured me that I could send the last package had, back and I would recieve a refund...I received a really unsatisfactory answer from to be continued:asalesrepthttp://www.aloette.com/about_christie_cohen.aspx., when I informed them about my five contacts.
I wrote that I would like to return the last package, unopened and receive a refund. She wrote back, that I could return my unwanted, unopened package, but that it may not be found, thus to not expect a refund!
I have logged a complaint with the BBB, who have records of complaints of this nature by other customers who order these products!
I will contact all and any places on-line to scam report sites to warn other consumers about these unwanted deliveries, unrefunded deliveries...and I am contacting my credit card company explaining to them what have written to you here...and I am sending a copy of this letter to company by e-mail as soon as I submit this to you! I want them to STOP any and all deliveries of their products to my home ever again. I want to be removed from any and all of their mailing lists I want to be able to return items, knowing that the packages are being recieved and will be refunded ASAP. Do you think I can get any satisfaction from what I consider fraudulent
business practices and mailing scams...?

The Aloette rep in Alexandria, Brenda, called me at 9:30 one morning screaming at me because she objected to my request to place an order. I did express frustration at having to call so many times to make one order, but I was not rude, and she was definitely rude. She also (in retaliation, I guess) removed me from the sales mailing list, so I have not received a sale notice in four months. I love Aloette, but I'm switching to Yves Rocher to avoid being abused when I try to order cosmetics. I tried to complain via mail and email, but Aloette doesn't care that the Alexandria office is a nightmare. I don't actually know if anyone at Aloette cares about any customers at all.

Wow! The direct marketing concept is great but it's not insurance for "excellent" customer service or leadership in the the company.

I wanted to let you know about our company. We sell 3 day 2 night travel certificates that are used by many companies as incentives.
The cost is only 0.35 cents each and they come with your company name and website imprinted on the certificates.
http://www.increasebusinesssales.com
Think about using these for referrals or give them to customers/clients. You can sell them for a profit to your down-line.
The end user of the certificates has a choice of over 20 destinations to pick from. Take a look at the destinations at the website. http://www.increasebusinesssales.com
They pay a processing fee of $12.00 and the taxes on the room which is about $7.00-$12.00 a night depending on the location.

So both the cost of the bike and its level of safety features make a big difference.

I think you’ve made some truly interesting points. Not too many people would actually think about this the way you just did. I’m really impressed that there’s so much about this subject that’s been uncovered and you did it so well, with so much class. Good one you, man!
