Do you have customers? What do you think of them? Does it make you smile when you see them even on the street or in the Mall?
I was talking with a consulor the other day and she was asking me about my friends, I thought for a moment that well I really don't have many friends. Then I got to thinking that every customer that I have is a friend. Why do I think this? It's becuase they have trusted me enough to buy something from me. They have trusted me enough to help them make a decision about what products to use and such.
From now on I'm treating all of my customers as personal friends, really because that is what they were all along. It just took that little spark to get me to understand that.
It sure is nice to have 100's of "new" friends.
