Please welcome Michelina Sparks as the newest and youngest AMSOIL dealer to the Sparks Team. You could probably guess that yes, she is my daughter and has decided to take a step forward in starting her own business. This is a great opportunity for any person, young or old. The beauty of starting young is that she has time on her side. Starting a business at 18 allows 50-60 years to build a business for retirement as well as current income. At this point Michelina is strictly part-time because she is pursuing higher eduction and other interests.
Working with her dad (That's me Michael Sparks) Michelina has an opportunity to learn about business, helping people, saving the environment and other aspects of the AMSOIL Business. She has completed her T-1 Certification by studying the AMSOIL Business Manual, and filling out the enclosed workbook. The T-1 program allows Michelina to take advantage of the AMSOIL Leads program and Dealer look up tool. She has already received a lead from AMSOIL.
Whether or not Michelina decides to follow in her Dad's footsteps remains to be seen. Although one day, she will inherit the business from her Dad and the profits that come with it. I always tell her, I hope you can at least "learn to cash the checks" because they will keep coming long after I'm gone.
