Recently ran into someone who was trying to get me to join their MLM company. "This is the newest greatest product and the best compensation plan ever created, they claimed. You gotta get in early."
I thought for a moment how to not totally crush their enthusiasm and proceeded to ask. How many companies have you been in? They said only 3 others, they thought telecommunications, or insurance, or juice was it the last time. I then asked, but can you sell it retail? Could you put your product in a store and sell it? What benefit does it give the customer besides a commission for you? I guess I had crushed his spirit.
The opportunity that I had found several years ago was THE OPPORTUNITY. I haven't had to jump from company to company, product to product. Our company has created the next best thing, and they keep doing this day in and day out. They have a product that can sell on the shelf and any store.
Where I'm going with this post is maybe it's time for you to re-evaluate the situation, the product, and the company you represent. Maybe you are sick and tired of hassling your friends to sign up, or join. Maybe you are sick of drinking the juice that really doesn't taste that good, or maybe your sick of hocking something you really don't believe in. Believe me, people can see right through that fake motivation, that act your putting on.
A 3 tiered approach. Our Company. AMSOIL Inc has been in business since 1972. AMSOIL created the First Synthetic Motor Oil for Automobiles, and since that time has gone on to start a revolution in synthetic lubrication that spans all types of equipment. The market for synthetics is currently less than 10% of the total lubrication market. AMSOIL has a tremendous advantage as the pioneer in the field.
Once you register as a dealer, following some sort of blue print will help you maintain a steady course and achieve those goals that are important for success. The tiers below are part of your business stradegy and are to be started as soon as you get up and running. The first of the first of course is to purchase and study the business manual. Get and use some products. (Putting AMSOIL in your vehicle or equipment should be one of the first things you do). Then having all the tools to make a sale. Business cards, AMSOIL clothing, Vehicle signs, Brochures, Catalogs, and Account Registration forms.
Now you are ready for my 3 Tier approach to starting and building an AMSOIL Business.
Tier #1. Retail on the Shelf in your surrounding area. Retail on the Shelf or ROTS is a way to sell AMSOIL by setting up businesses that sell, install and recommend the products.
Work on getting between 10-20 places in the surrounding area.
Tier #2. Your personal customers. These are folks that you sell AMSOIL to for their vehicles and equipment. There are several ways to do this. You can buy the product at wholesale and sell at retail. You can register them as a preferred customer, or if they are a business owner they can become a commercial account.
Tier #3. Building a MLM, or downline group. This is the foundation of the AMSOIL business opportunity and will exponentially expand your business. I put this last, to make a point that unlike other MLM business, AMSOIL is a product driven company. AMSOIL products are in demand and sought after because of the quality and savings to the customer. Working on recruiting a group that understand this.
With AMSOIL, you can stop looking for the next big thing, the next shiny object on the horizon. Finding a great company, a great product, and a great opportunity and get started today.
