Lets say you are ready to get started using AMSOIL products. First thing you do is go to amsoil.com and start to purchase your products. STOP!
Though you would be buying AMSOIL direct you will still be assigned a dealer that will get commission from your purchase. This is where you should think carefully on what dealer your hard earned money should go to. There are thousands of AMSOIL dealers across the country. Dealers come from all walks of life, have various interests, activity and skill levels. Some dealers work part-time at their business while others work full time at it. Deciding who to work with can be a big challange. Do you find someone local? Do you search on the net and find the guy with the best looking website? Or do you just go to amsoil.com and get who you get?
If you are deciding on using AMSOIL products for the first time, my advice would be to find someone with the experience with your type of equipment. Find someone who knows what they are talking about or has the answers you need. AMSOIL has a great technical services line, but sometimes you need more than just a "canned" answer. Dealers like myself, and others have been to many training classes, have done oil analysis and have used the products on a variety of equipment for at least 10 years. It's not hard to find the right dealer to work with when you find someone that that type of experience.
Obviously I'm tooting my own horn here but the truth is, I'm walking the walk and talking the talk. I'm about customer service and take that serious. Some dealers just want to sell a couple quarts of oil to their buddies, and that's fine. As a full time AMSOIL dealer this is what I do and that means 100% commitment to the company, the products and my AMSOIL Business. Finding a dealer to work with is not difficult. If you are reading this you found him.
Next step, lets say you're interested in becoming an AMSOIL dealer. The products are great and you think this type of business is for you. So you decide to go to amsoil.com and request a business opportunity packet, STOP! Again you will want to decide who you would like to work with as a sponsor. I would suggest interviewing several people. Remember that your sponsoring dealer is your dealer for life. Will you get the support you need? Will you get the encouragement, the help, and the techinal support? Will you have the tools that will allow you to get off to a prosporus and fun filled business opportunity? If you are reading this page, maybe I would be a good fit to work with. Though that is up to you.
Food for thought. In the next 10-20 years AMSOIL will become a household name. In that time, my goal for my AMSOIL business is to have thousands of happy customers buying products that are saving them money, time and reducing the environmental impact by using less oil. My secondary goal is to help thousands of dealers start and grow their business to achieve financial independence. Along the way I will have met many new friends and aquaintences. In a world of negativity I am a positive influence on those that I come in contact with. I hope one of those is you.
