Avon Leader An Inspiration
I met this woman at an Avon Career Seminar in Las Vegas in April 2007 and she truly was an inspiration to me. She stressed to all of us in attendance that family came first and then comes everything else. I hope to be as successful with my Avon Business as Ms. Maldonado is with hers.Cynthia Rios GarciaSan Jose

Cynthia,
Good for you for having your priorities in place. Most of us have to make a living. And, most of us don't have that "dream" job. However, if you don't go for that dream job, how will you know where life will lead you. It's not an insurance policy, but what is nowadays? However, your focus to keep your family 1st is noble and, in my opinion, the right choice. Good luck!

Hello Team!
Last week was one of the best weeks ever for our team and Vitamark. There were more new team members who started last week than any previous week in the last 2 and a half years! Way to go!
I want to congratulate THREE new Diamonds on our team. They each had an extraordinary week last week and achieved the level of Diamond. Those three along with our other Diamonds will be taken to a ultra first class private dinner this Thursday night in Houston, TX for the annual Vitamark Convention.
Congratulations to Sue Mazza, SJ Graves and Mark Bergthold for their accomplishments last week. Great Job!
We will be at convention this Thursday so we will not be having our Thursday night leadership call. We will resume our normal Thursday night Leadership call on September 6.
Make this week YOUR best week ever. Don't let conference slow you down this week. Let it Speed you up! Keep sponsoring and moving the awesome products all week!
We look forward to seeing each of you in Houston in a couple days at the Vitamark convention. Some MAJOR announcements are coming and we will make sure to update everyone who could not attend.

Defenitly Network Marketing is the solution to this huge crisis. There 1000's of companies , the big dilema is which one is the best, which one will work for me?
I dependens of 3 factors:
1- Find a company with a history of 20 years or more. With high quality products used in a daily basis for most people. The products must of the highest quality and patented by the company.
2- You must have the desire to do it, you must have a big Why, to make it happen.
3- Work consistently and never GIVE UP !
There are many good companies, I invite you to see the recommendation of one of the greatest leaders in this industry. Mark Yarnell.

Noni, Xango, Mona Vie, now XELR8/Bazi. Liquid Nutrition Industry leaves clues for success.
Business is about capitalizing on known trends right? Find what is working, find what is wanted then add to it, make it better and receive the loins of your work! I.e. Google after Yahoo, Macintosh after IBM, every car company after GM, and the list can go on and on. I was always a fan of history back in school, and when other students would ask why we need to learn about events that happened 500 years ago, the comeback that stuck with me was, history repeats itself, we must learn from our mistakes. I take this philosophy in business as well. Not only must we learn from our mistakes, but learn from others success.
Now let’s apply and focus on trends that have dominated the network marketing industry the last 10 years. It wouldn’t be surprising to learn that the health and wellness industry and the specific niche Liquid Vitamin’s have pulled in billions of $$ in this short period of time. This is the industry that we should want to be a part of, it’s not going anywhere!
Success leaves clues right? Let’s take a history lesson and start with Noni Juice which was introduced in 1996 and was the first to introduce a super fruit, the Noni. With only one super fruit and a “unique taste” to say the least Noni to date has pulled in over 3 Billion, and surely has benefited the individuals financially who first unveiled it. Then some very smart individuals decided if Noni can have their success, what could we accomplish if we used a different super fruit and changed the taste. Founded in 2002 to date Xango is a $50 million a month company with the 1 super fruit the mangosteen. In 2005 the company Monarch Health Sciences (founded in 2002) launched the juggernaut of all Mona Vie. With its one super fruit called the Acai berry, Mona Vie is now close to becoming a 1 billion dollar a year company.
Now as an entrepreneur trends are what we look for, and obviously there is a trend to be seen here. So looking to see who the next Mona Vie or the next Xango is an absolute gold mine. The new and improved liquid vitamin the product that has already taken the medical and athletic world by storm is Bazi. The publicly traded company Xelr8, launched Bazi with its 8 Super fruits 12 Vitamins and 68 Mineral Patented Blend (the first of its kind) in 2007, and in February of 2009 an unprecedented credible backing that had never been seen before with a Network Marketing company. With over 700+ Pro and Olympic athletes who buy Bazi and a never seen before HOSPITAL endorsement Xelr8 is poised to be the next billion dollar network marketing company.
Business is about trends, find the trends and find the next best thing and fortunes will follow if the right system and support is in place. No matter the company, make sure you have support with multiple members of your upline, for more tips on what is needed for a successful home based business visit http://www.BrandonRayRobertson.com or see the original post at

It is nice to know that you were inspired by that woman. Who knows one day you'll be as successful as her too. The only thing you should do for now is to take step towards your success. For all we know, success doesn't take step towards us, but instead we are the one who should be working to have it. ^^

It's funny how many of us turned to Avon for the exact reason expressed in this post - for our families. I became a representative after the birth of my second baby, when we needed money but I was unwilling and unable to go back to work full time straight away. I have since developed a real passion for selling Avon and hope that this drive rubs off on others as Avon truly is a great company.

I really think the smell of avon perfume shouldn't subject to us people smell unpleasantness of that perfume because its isn't quite reminder I needed of be seniors citizens who wearing that kind fragrance so I hope it has left avon think of not selling or creating that perfumes any more that totally stinky okay.

I signed up my daughter to be a distributor 3 months ago, online. The order was lost and did not get "fixed for 2 months". They gave me the run around for 8 weeks. THEN when we finally get in the system, we log in and they billed us for things we did not order, including brochures, etc. I was very displeased to be on hold for 20 min., only to be received by a customer service rep that was obviously based in INDIA, of which I did not understand. It is sad that an American based company will farm out jobs that could be handled in the USA. Avon, you are one sorry excuse of a company. Sickening really.
