Transition to Univera LifeSciences
Beginning December 1st, Passport LLC associates will start transitioning into Univera LifeSciences. Change is not always an easy thing. But change is vital in today's fast moving world of technology and innovation.
In the last 10 months since coming on board with Passport as company President, we have had a number of initiatives already in motion that would have changed the face of Passport over the next 2-3 years. These included:
- Adding unique products
- Adding additional depth and other bonuses to the compensation plan
- Adding meetings (meet-ups) that would allow associates to see each other face to face on a semi weekly basis.
- Expanding the number and type of entry levels
- Expanding into Canada and Australia shortly after
Univera LifeSciences offers Passport associates the opportunity to take advantage of these changes in 2-3 weeks instead of 2-3 years. It's really that simple. Bo Short calls this "a giant leap", and rightly so. Yet it is a giant leap in the direction Passport was already heading.
While talking about these changes, my wife asked me, "Why don't more Network Marketing companies network with each other?". That's a darn good question.
Univera LifeSciences had the infrastructure, products and corporate leadership that Passport LLC did not have. Passport LLC has people that want to build Network Marketing the right way. Univera LifeSciences will certainly benefit from the Passport people and the people within Passport will benefit from the resources Univera LifeSciences has to offer.

So, How is Passport and Oasis going to work as two separated MLM companies, with two different compensations plans?
One for the nutritional products, and one plan for the tapes, books and functions?

Passport is no longer an MLM company and their is no system of books, tapes and functions with Oasis LifeSciences.
It's not needed.
