I am complaining about the CABI clothing consultant. I am in Lincoln, NE and I attended a CABI party in May. I purchased over $300.00 worth of clothes. I have been trying to exchange a pair of khaki shorts that I purchased since June. They were too large and all I wanted was a size change. It has been nothing but a hassle. I have sent the shorts back to your warehouse. The rep ordered the wrong shorts again for me. She has not answered my phone calls. I have a pair of shorts that need to be sent back again. It is now mid August and I still have not received the shorts I requested. At this point, I would just like to have my money back but unfortunately, I can't get in touch with her at this point.
Please help me.

Sharon:
I'm really sorry to hear about that! That is not at all the CAbi service reps should be showing you. What is your rep's first name? We can have her get in touch with you, as no other rep can help you; you must exchange the item through her. Thanks, and I'll try to help you.

Just wondering if anyone has the button I'm looking for. It's for the demin jean jacket that goes with the boot bottom jeans and has a T-shirt with roses and sequins on it. It's the second buttom up from the bottom. Thanks for your help.
