We love Shaklee. I am German and in 1979 was introduced to the Shaklee Products. I never really new the business side of Shaklee and never did take out the time for it. I was concentrating being a good wife and a good mom to give my family the best of the best products. In 1985 I become a Real Estate broker and enjoyed fulfilling the American Dream to owning a home. Since Roger Barnett and his wife Slone got involved with Shaklee I have been paying attention to the other side of Shaklee, yes the business side, I believe Shaklee now besides the best products also has the best business plan in the industries. I am totally sold on the Shaklee Corporation.

I work part-time with Shaklee when my 2 year old is napping and when I am out and about with him.

I first started marketing for 1 year with Melaleuca. Had a hard time running a business with them, and then switched to Shaklee. Since the switch I had been sooo happy and made a couple hundred dollars my first month in business. I joined through one of the fastest growing teams in the company, due to our successful system we use. I can't wait to see everyone at the top, in Hawaii, New Orleans, and San Francisco, when I meet our CEO. Okay, be honest and not all "rah rah". Am I the only one ticked off because the "Oprah leads" etc. go ONLY to business leaders and above by area code? What about those of us who are trying to build new Shaklee businesses? We're told about this great business opportunity -- now we feel undercut after spending over a thousand dollars promoting our new business. How about equitable distribution by zip code instead?

I can see why they would only give these leads to business leaders. Because then they would be giving them out to everyone and anybody, even if some distributors are not doing anything and that's not fair. I think for the ones that work hard and are getting somewhere, they deserve them. Why would it be fair to give them to those that are not doing anything at all. Once your a Director, which is not that hard to accomplish, you will start getting them once in a while. I think it's very fair. You just need to find the right activities that work for you and keep doing them over and over. Get a lead, invite them to a presentation, and follow them up. Talk to more people, there is no reason to invest so much money. Just get your name out there online or offline. I hardly spend anything on my business and already made it to Director.

Educate yourself in Network Marketing, Education is the key, read books and find out all you can. Never Stop Learning.
