How bad do you want it?
I know, I know - bad English. The title should say "how BADLY do you want it", but it doesn't seem to flow the same...
All the way back to when we were kids, whether it was ice cream money ("How bad do you want it - will you take out the trash?") or an A in school ("How bad do you want it - will you do your homework?") we have been asked this question. Now today, as adults, we still live in a world where you are asked "how bad do you want it?" What's YOUR answer?
"It" may be different for different people - money, cars, houses... Financial freedom. Maybe just the idea of six Saturdays and a Sunday... No boss, no commute... The Captain of your own destiny... Whatever "it" is that motivates you to stand up from the crowd and do something different... So:
My business partner was approached by a well dressed woman standing at the off-ramp of a local freeway in my suburb, where she was passing out flyers and CD's to the cars waiting on the lights to change. When he walked into the office, he handed me the slip of paper and a CD, and commented that she must be a real go getter to be out there doing what she was doing. I checked out the web site, and found out that the company that she was selling for is Xango!
I have written here before about my positive feelings for Xango... An expensive product but a decent comp plan, and very fast growth. What the actions of this person, this go getter, tells me is that:
1) The company is really motivating some of its troops to take extraordinary actions in order to grow.
2) This young lady is going to be successful - if not in Xango, then in whatever she is willing to put this kind of energy and effort (I want her at NuroVital, and told he so in the email I sent!).
3) I think that you can tell how bad SHE wants it.
How about you? How bad do YOU want it?
Howdy Keith,
Glad I found you writing a blog...hope you don't mind but I mentioned you and your company at my blog.
