Premier Designs, Inc. was founded in 1985 and is located in Irving, TX. We are a Direct Service Company currently serving more than 19,000 Independent Distributors across the United States. Premier takes pride in the fact that we are Biblically based and put more emphasis on people than sales.

Premier's policy is that our Jewelers are not allowed to use the internet in any
manner to promote their business. All logo's and the name Premier
Designs Inc are also copyrighted and not to be used without permission.

Our Independent Distributor Application and Agreement addresses how a
Jeweler is permitted to use the internet with regard to her Premier
Designs business. Here is the language in the Agreement (found in
paragraph 2 of the Agreement) that relates to internet usage:

“Jeweler agrees not to use the Internet to solicit Home Shows,
advertise, offer for sale, sell, trade, exchange, or auction Company
merchandise or to advertise for, solicit, or recruit new Jewelers.
Jeweler agrees not to make references, directly or indirectly, to
Premier’s Golden Guarantee, Hostess Plan, or Marketing Plan on the
Internet. Jeweler agrees not to use Premier’s copyrighted Catalog (in
part or whole), Premier’s copyrighted Logo, or the names “Premier,”
“Premier Designs,” “Premier Designs, Inc.,” or any other trademark or
servicemark of the company on the Internet, or as a DBA. Jeweler
agrees not to not make earnings or sales projections or estimates of any kind
in any manner.”

Premier Designs jewelers can use the internet by creating a website to keep downline informed about new and creative ways to reach interested customers.And they certainly make good use of email to answer questions about product availability and returns for their customers. But the great and unique thing I've found in Premier is that the actual service such as exchanging a ring for a customer is done personally, on the phone, via e-mails or when possible, face to face. It's the old fashioned way some of the most successful businesses began and still operate; providing a service that is personal ,professional and honest. I don't want to be a URL to my customers; I want to be their trusted personal jeweler.

I would bet that the reason Premiere does not allow their jewelers to use the internet is because they cannot control what that jeweler puts on their personal site. The company needs to have quality control to ensure that false information isn't given, etc. If everyone were allowed to just come up with their own website, teh company wouldn't be able to verify the information.
I'm with Mary Kay, and we do have personal websites, but they are created and updated by the company, which is awesome!

And doing business over the internet clouds that personal relationship that you get with face to face contact. They are not trying to make money every single way they can; its more about relationships and supporting thier customers not only by helping to pick out high fashion jewelry, but caring about the individual and spreading Gods love by being a light to others.
