Prosperity Automated System Insider Update II

What some of you guys are saying makes sense regarding the "automated" part of a business, and the "product" part of it as well. Hence why the improvements have been worked on behind the scenes for the past few months. The new model being launched in 3 weeks has taken all of this into consideration.
 
1. Automation - like Tony said, there is no such system that does absolutely everything for you. You have to do something and in PAS we do have to drive traffic to the site. There is leverage, however, as other people do what normally in other DS companies you as the owner have to do. You can't deny that the actual marketing plan is brilliant.
 
2. Physical Product - this is the most controversial subject about PAS. However, no longer will it be. There is a real product, a physical product developed for the new system. I don't have all the details yet, but it will be some sort of education product involving a few of the folks who came out on "The Secret", and other big names that everyone recognizes.
 
3. Marketing Strategy - another big problem with PAS has been the inneffectiveness of adpacks. Again, these have been completely redesigned and the new system has the most advanced marketing system I've ever heard of which includes a wide variety of offline advertising including radio, and possibly... I don't know this for sure yet, but we may have celebrity endorsments. Better yet, these new adpacks are designed to have a limit on how many people can be a part of them (this was the major flaw of the current adpacks).
 
Basically what the Mega Wealth Group (lead by Simon Johansson and Harmony Thiessen) has been doing ever since they got associated with PAS is looking at the "flaws" of the system and improving them. It started with new websites last year to now the complete makeover of the system. They created a PAS that has no controversies and will leave no doubts in anyone's mind about what they're buying, what they're selling, and the money they're making.
 
So no, there won't be people "hurt" because of what's happening. To the contrary, many people are now hurt and they won't be anymore once the new model is launched simply because we now are increasing the opportunity for anyone to make an income from home.
 
I will say this one last time. The new system will be implemented whether PAS "survives" the SEC or not. If the outcome is negative for PAS, then the only one who will take the hit will be Bill O (although he has many loyal friends like myself and we will support him and assist him in whatever he needs). Every PAS business owner will simply merge into the new system and in approx. 3 weeks everyone will be in business again no matter what.
 
Again, this is exciting times. I have already made $100K this year with PAS and I expect to tripple that next year with the new improved business model.

Inside Scoop on Prosperity Automated System

As one of PAS top earners, here is my scoop on what's going on.
 
First of all, PAS is not getting shut down. To the contrary, it started to go through a major make-over even before rumors of the gov. "investigating" it. The marketing model is being bought out by the Mega Wealth Group (PAS' largest group), and the company name will be changed, there will be a physical product, but the compensation plan, etc, for what I understand stays the same.
 
These changes have been planned for the past few months, again, before the SEC started any investigation. Worst case scenario, if PAS were to be shut down (which at this point is highly unlikely due to Bill O's response to the investigation), the Mega Wealth Group will be taking over regardless. All PAS business owners will simply shift to the new business model without paying anything extra, etc, the databases stay the same, the line of sponsorships stay the same, etc.
 
Note that this is not like what happened with Excel when people ran to other companies. This is PAS being bought out, and if it is shut down then you could say it will be PAS reinvented. The concept behind PAS is a bit hard for people to understand (especially when it comes to what's being sold, etc). The truth of the matter is that there is nothing illegal about what we do. From inside sources I've found out that it's more an issue of whether Bill O. has a license to run the business more than any particular issues with the actual business what is being investigated. Of course like any other big company and as a result of our fast growth (from 500 members back in December '05 to 8500 members today, and from $1.5M to well over $15M in the same period of time), the government wants to see what's up.
 
As we speak I have 2 people waiting for the new system to be in place (again, regardless of what happens) to sign up. If you visit any PAS website you'll realize that the only thing going on is preparation for the re-launch of the new business model which I will say this again... has been planned way before anyone decided to investigate us.
 
So... if you have a bad opinion about PAS or if you're saying "I knew this would happen", etc, I'm happy to tell you that we're not going anywhere. We're here to stay, and whatch out because the new PAS comes revised and improved BIG TIME, and I expect to grow more between now and December than we did all year.
 
Our websites have been temporarily shut down (for the next 3 weeks or so) and we're starting to work on the marketing for the re-launch of our business.

Prosperity Automated System Under Fire

The Securities and Exchange Commission is seeking to shut down a network of 25,000 websites, accusing operators of running a $15-million pyramid scheme that promises to shower participants with easy cash.

Prosperity Automated System, which bills itself as a marketing network, "is destined to collapse and leave the vast majority of investors with substantial losses," the SEC said Wednesday.

The complaint targets the network and its creator, William M. Osterhout of Citrus Heights, Calif.

The websites, with such names as lazyandrich.net and profits4doingnothing.com typically offer testimonies from people claiming to make thousands of dollars by buying into the group, the SEC said.

The L.A. Times is reporting that the SEC is seeking to shut down Prosperity Automated System.

The Securities and Exchange Commission is seeking to shut down a network of 25,000 websites, accusing operators of running a $15-million pyramid scheme that promises to shower participants with easy cash.
