Circuit City and Hansen Named Quixtar Partners of the Year

Jody Victor of the Independent Business Owners Association International (IBOAI, www.iboai.com) announced the trade association's recognition of Quixtar (www.quixtar.com) Partners of the Year Circuit City and Hansen Beverage.
