You won't find heavy hitters in RGarden. Why? Heavy hitters can't buy their way into the business. RGarden has been approached many times with the "if/then" proposition of these guys. "If you let me join your company at a high rank, I'll bring my entire downline from XYZ company to join RGarden and put you guys on the map." Don has nixed all that. The integrity is very high in RGarden. Everyone starts at the same level, with the same opportunities.
RGarden doesn't have sizzle calls, a super-duper slick website, or even company extravaganzas with alot of hoopla and rah-rah. I call RGarden my "down home" business... if you like "down home" cooking... you know, the meals made from scratch... the smell of roast chicken, stir fry green beans with garlic, and brown rice greeting you when you walk in the front door... then that's what working with RGarden is like. No muss, no fuss, just get to it and you're satisfied.
I think this leads to an impressive commitment to the "little guys" who build the R-Garden business. Integrity is the best insurance for consistent and long-term performance, and if the company believes it then hopefully the associates will, too! Good luck with everything...
