Southern Living At HOME is the direct sales company of Southern Progress Corporation, a subsidiary of Time Inc. The Corporate headquarters are located in Birmingham, Alabama, and Independent Consultants serve communities throughout the United States.
The Company was founded in January 2001. Since then, it has enjoyed phenomenal success, making it the fastest growing party plan company in the history of direct sales.
If this is such a wonderful company, then why can a customer not locate ANYWHERE an actual address or contact to the company itself?? I have an issue that I want to address with someone in the company. It is not my consultant's fault or responsibility. I need to speak with a customer service representative in the company itself.

Southern Living at Home sounds like an interesting company. Although more information regarding the product would be helpful and could lead to more positive marketing. I know many who might be interested in participating if it does not require them to cash in their retirement annuity.

Amee -
Your consultant should be able to help you. She will contact the company on your behalf and if you'd like, someone will contact you. I've done it before for a hostess of mine and it was very easy to do.
And Jerry - Our product and prices are listed on our Consultant websites, plus the cost to become a consultant. Only $199 and the value of the product is well over $500. So, a good deal even if you decide not to purse the business side.

I wanted to let you know about our company. We sell 3 day 2 night travel certificates that are used by many companies as incentives.
The cost is only 0.35 cents each and they come with your company name and website imprinted on the certificates.

Think about using these for referrals or give them to customers/clients. You can sell them for a profit to your down-line.
The end user of the certificates has a choice of over 20 destinations to pick from. Take a look at the destinations at the website. http://www.increasebusinesssales.com
They pay a processing fee of $12.00 and the taxes on the room which is about $7.00-$12.00 a night depending on the location.

Inquire ONLY if you keep your options open!

I need to speak with someone in customer service. I placed an order over a month ago. I have left numerous messages with my consultant by phone and by e-mail. No response. I have also e-mailed the only e-mail address I could find for slah customer service. No one has responded to that either so I'm not sure it even went anywhere. I want to know where my order is, or if it was even ever placed by her. I really wanted my items by the 4th of July weekend. How do I get in touch with someone who can help me?!!

It seems like there is repetitive posters out there, saying the SAME thing on each blog.

I have an item I purchased that doesn't work - an outdoor thermometer. I need to know how to replace it.

I wanted to place an order. I filled out the information box and was told a consultant in my zip code area would call me/email me.
That was a week ago - have not heard from anyone. Someone please contact me. Thank you.
