The products from TOHE are junk. I ordered three items and returned all of them.

Wow! I'm sorry to hear that. I'd love to know which products you ordered, and why you think they are "junk." Our company does a lot of market research before selecting our product line and uses only the biggest, best and most experienced manufacturers to ensure we have high quality products. In fact, our company has one of the lowest return rates in the industry -- less than one percent -- so I can say with confidence that your opinion is definitely in the minority.
Still, mistakes do occur and occasionally a product will ship that should not have, in which case we make every effort to rectify the problem. The staff at our corporate offices really listen to our customers and I'm sure they would be interested in hearing which products you were unhappy with and why. I hope you shared with your Consultant what you didn't like about the products and that she or he passed on your comments to our corporate office.
I promoted to Director with Taste of Home Entertaining the first month we launched, and I have had very few returns because of defects. My hosts and customers have high standards and are all thrilled with their products. I'm very proud of our company and our product line, which I think just keeps getting better and better, and I hate for anyone to be disappointed in a product. I look forward to a long and happy relationship with Taste of Home Entertaining.
