Great post. Don't forget great desserts can be produced when cooking outdoors; can a category be added for great outdoor recipes next time. I'm mad about outdoor cooking and would love to see far more emphasis, particularly on varying styles of cooking placed on this in all our cooking forums where; as opposed to basic grilling and deep frying, which is currently the fashion.
