Steve Bethune is a teacher, a runner, and a Univera Associate on a
mission. After losing his grandfather and his great uncle to heart
disease, Steve decided to dedicate his summer to raising funds for
research. Starting August 15th, Steve began a cross-country
run—beginning in New York—in order to call attention to the on-going
battle against heart disease, the leading cause of death in America. As
we salute Steve’s determination to make a difference, we are also proud
