Our History
High quality, comfortable fashions...related pieces that create a versatile wardrobe. That was the vision of George Raynault and Bob Bailey when they founded Weekenders in Toronto in 1984
With sales soaring each year, Weekenders was soon ready for its US debut, and in 1986, Bob and George recruited Rosemary Redmond saying, "Here's a big country. Go build a company." And that's what she did!
Rosemary held the first Weekenders Business Opportunity Presentation for 25 women in suburban Chicago. That night she sponsored the fledgling company's first four Coordinators, and became Weekenders USA's first Team Leader!
As word of Weekenders quality fashions and business opportunity spread, sales groups began emerging all across the United States. It didn't take long before Weekenders became a multi-national, multi-million dollar company.
What a great concept for women who want the convenience and comfort of versatile, quality clothing. Even better, they come to your home! What better insurance might you have to look your best?? Much continued success in selling this unique product!

What a sad day for those of us who have been co-ordinators and have enjoyed wearing Weekenders' clothes. Fortunately there are other exciting opportunities out there. Check out my website - this is the exciting opportunity that I found to tempt me away.

It's sad when a company goes out of business for many reasons. One, what happens to the guarantee and two, all those people out of work. Direct sales is a huge industry and one which we can excel faster than ever. In my company, it is not uncommon for us to double our income each year. I can't imagine being without my company or them going under. If there are any reps out there that need a new job, please e-mail me for more information on the company I work for at julielosh@yahoo.com or call 443-404-5920 EST. We offer a starting commission of 30% of retail sales, plus management with 10% over-ride on personal sales as well as team sales. Seventy percent off samples and weekly paychecks. Many nice trips, expense paid. Kit is $149 and comes with over $1,000 in samples.

I worked for Weekenders USA corporate from 1999 to 2006 and it was the best company I ever worked for! I moved up the ladder and ended up in customer service. By the time we went through the 3rd lay off, I just couldn't take it anymore. It was a very difficult decision to make, leaving my very close knit "Family". I loved all my co workers and coordinators. God bless everyone who worked for Weekenders USA.

Wish Weekenders work for men and women both.

I was a fashion coordinator for Weekenders in the metro Atlanta, GA area. I still have the fabric swatches from the various seasons. I am using them to make lap quilts for our military veterans. If any former coordinators still have their swatches and would like to donate them for this worthy cause, please contact me.
So sorry that Weekenders is out of business. It's difficult to find affordable women's clothing of such good quality.
