34 Year Old Men Have No Business Breakdancing
I could pretty much stop right there. The title of this post just about covers it. Last night, I decided it would be good fun to teach my son and daughter some breakdancing moves. I threw down the worm, some footwork, a backspin, and a moonwalk in our newly hardwood floored T.V. room and I am paying the price today. It's probably worth it though. My kids think I am a breakdancing master, even though I am (was) only a hack. I do have a good moonwalk, although I usually only break it out at weddings and bar mitzvahs.
Go Ty!Go TY!Go Ty! Break it down brother... that is too funny! I can relate as we all seem to think that we are still teenagers or in our 20's and (got it going on). Hey we all have to be heros to our kids though. Good for you. I enjoy reading your posts it sure breaks up the day. Go Grandmaster TY!You're probably walking around today like you've just been hit buy a truck.

Well, I don't know what a 34 yr old guy would be thinking in a situation like that (I don't hit 34 until the 11th :).
As for me, I prefer to get that "hit by a truck" feeling by teaching a martial arts class to college students. I can't believe how much of a difference 15 yrs makes. When I started training as a student, I would lift weights, play racquetball, and then go to my martial arts training. Now I'm reluctant to mow the yard the same day I have training. :)
Fortunately for me, many college students today are badly out of shape. The problem I have is with those few who are in good shape. :)
